We're Nicole and Silja — two people who genuinely love Cape Town, genuinely love hosting, and genuinely believe that short-term rentals should feel like a home, not a hotel room.
S&N Apt Management started with one flat in Blouberg and a simple idea: manage it the way we'd want someone to manage a home we cared about. That meant being available, being honest about the properties, and making sure every guest left feeling like they'd found something special.
Sunset Coast Stays is our direct booking platform. We built it so guests who want to stay with us don't have to pay platform fees to do it. You're booking directly with us — the people who unlock the door, stock the kitchen, and answer the phone when something goes wrong.
Both our properties are in Blouberg and Tableview — two of Cape Town's most loved beachside suburbs. Steps from the beach, minutes from the mountain, and everything in between.
We chose these properties because we love them. Every detail — the layout, the light, the location — was a deliberate choice.
